Cambridge analytica is a data firm which provide the republican donor to the american republican party. This company use the personal data of 5 million facebook users and use it to campaign for the election on the favour of Donald trump which is a republican party.

Two blame on Cambridge Analytica

1. Influencing the audience to vote for Donald Trump
2. To help the leave side in BREXIT (Britain exit from European union) 

A whistleblower from Cambridge analytica reveals that the Cambridge Analytica use the personal data of 50 million facebook users to run the election campaign, brainwash of voters by psychological and do a advertisement in the favour of Donald Trump.

This all the things are pre planned. In 2014 Dr.Alexander Kogan was paid 800000 dollar to make a app (this is your digital life) which can extract the personal data of facebook users. And all the data which are extract was sold to the Cambridge Analytica. And by that data Cambridge Analytica makes psychological profile to brainwash the voters of america by creating advertisement, by researching that which post people like or dislike and comment,share etc

Now the facebook claim that they remove the app in 2015 when violation regarding data extraction is came in light. And facebook also claim that there is no Password, any sensitive data and information is hacked or stolen from facebook. Facebook's lawyer says that the newspaper the wall street defame their reputation in market.
